Version: 2026-06-01

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kalythera Voucher Manager service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

By selecting “I have read and agree” during registration, you confirm that you are authorized to bind the vendor, firm, legal practice, company, or organization registering for Kalythera.

2. Description of Service

Kalythera provides software tools for legal professionals, legal vendors, firms, and authorized staff. The Service includes voucher management, document generation, desktop-agent tools, discovery review, and AI-assisted features.

Kalythera is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. AI-assisted features are intended to assist, not replace, professional legal judgment.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, including the confidentiality of login credentials. You must notify Kalythera immediately of any unauthorized account access.

Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated outputs, activity entries, voucher records, documents, and third-party portal submissions before relying on them.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable professional obligations, court rules, and ethical requirements governing their practice.

Misuse or unauthorized access to the Service is prohibited. Users agree not to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.

4. AI-Assisted Features

The Service may include AI-assisted features for discovery review, document drafting, and other tasks. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before use, submission, or reliance. Kalythera does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

5. ACP Voucher Submissions

The Service facilitates submission of activity records to the ACP (Attorney Certification Program) or similar court-administered systems. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all submitted records.

By certifying and submitting any claim, voucher record, or activity entry through the Service, you represent that the information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kalythera and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant Kalythera a limited license to process that data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalythera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Kalythera's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Kalythera in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Kalythera reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to pay applicable fees, or for any other reason with or without notice.

9. Electronic Acceptance

Electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Kalythera may keep records showing the date, time, account, email address, user, agreement version, and related acceptance details associated with acceptance.

10. Changes to Terms

Kalythera may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be asked to re-accept updated Terms on their next authenticated access.
