1. Information We Collect

Kalythera may collect and process the following categories of data in order to operate the Service:

Account data: Vendor name, primary email address, firm name, phone numbers, mailing address, and account credentials.

Matter and case data: Voucher numbers, docket numbers, client names, activity records, hearing dates, and court information entered by users.

Usage and technical data: Browser and device information, IP addresses, session data, access logs, and usage patterns.

Payment and subscription data: Billing details, subscription status, and transaction history where applicable.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and operate the Service; authenticate users; process submissions; send account and service communications; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and improve the Service.

We do not sell personal information or matter data and do not use client matter data for advertising purposes.

3. Service Providers

Kalythera may engage third-party service providers for: cloud hosting and database services; authentication; file storage; payment processing; email delivery; logging and monitoring; AI and transcription services; support tools; and security services. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the Service and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

4. Legal and Professional Data

Users are responsible for determining whether information entered into Kalythera is privileged, confidential, protected, sealed, restricted, discoverable, admissible, or otherwise subject to legal or professional restrictions before entering it into the Service.

Kalythera does not provide legal advice regarding the appropriate handling of matter data, discovery materials, or client information.

5. Desktop Agent and Local Data

If the Kalythera Desktop Agent is installed and used, certain information may remain on the user's local device. This may include browser profiles, saved sessions, configuration files, logs, tokens, or locally saved credentials depending on setup. Users are responsible for the security of their own devices and local environments.

6. Data Retention

Voucher and client records are retained for the duration of your active subscription and for a reasonable period after termination to satisfy legal and audit requirements. You may request deletion of your data by contacting admin@kalythera.com.

7. Security

Kalythera implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

8. Legal Acceptance Records

When you accept Kalythera's legal terms, we record the date, time, account, email address, agreement version, IP address, and user agent associated with that acceptance for compliance and audit purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

Kalythera may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes and asked to re-accept updated terms on their next authenticated access.
