
Billing & Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Model
Access to Kalythera Voucher Manager requires a paid subscription. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and will renew automatically until canceled.
Subscription fees, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes are communicated during enrollment and at the time of any plan change.
2. Trial Period
Kalythera may offer a trial period for new subscribers. The trial period begins at the time of the first desktop agent installation, not at the time of form submission or account creation.
After the trial period ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Trial terms are subject to change and will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
3. Payment Authorization
By subscribing, the vendor authorizes Kalythera or its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees, applicable taxes, renewals, plan upgrades, add-ons, and agreed charges. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid subscription term.
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase.
5. Suspension and Access Limits
Kalythera may suspend or limit access to the Service for failed payments, overdue amounts, misuse, unauthorized access, security concerns, or use outside the applicable plan limits. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspending access for non-payment.
6. Plan Changes
Plan upgrades or downgrades may take effect at the start of the next billing cycle or immediately depending on the type of change. Any difference in fees will be prorated or charged at the time of the change as described during the upgrade or downgrade process.
7. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for verifying all third-party portal postings, voucher submissions, discovery outputs, activity entries, and legal workflow results produced through the Service. Kalythera does not guarantee acceptance, approval, or accuracy of any submission made to any court, government, or third-party system.
8. Changes to This Policy
Kalythera may update this Billing & Subscription Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Users will be asked to re-accept updated terms on their next authenticated access.
